Perched on a hilltop in Goring, West Sussex, Castle Goring has been a breathtakingly grand stately home since the late 1700s. It has the special distinction of once serving as the home of the renowned author, Mary Shelley, of the iconic novel Frankenstein. Currently, it is the residence of the “I’m a Celebrity” Lady Colin Campbell, fondly referred to as Lady C.
We all must treat the spirits here with the upmost respect, and agree to this before entering. Castle Goring has long been rumoured to be haunted, and Lady C is content with her ghosts. Reports of phantom figures, ethereal footsteps, and items moving by themselves have all been documented at this exquisite place. In the bridal suite, there are reports of footsteps, and furniture moving around in the dining room above. But upon further investigation, no such disturbances were found. The card room is an area many psychics feel uneasy with dread.
as you bravely traverse Castle Goring, you will take part in three spine-tingling classic ghost-hunting activities. Through glass divination, table tipping, and a human pendulum experiment, you can seek answers from the otherworldly realm. If you’re feeling more adventurous, Ouija boards are also available, enabling you to commune with spirits from beyond the veil.

Armed with the most advanced ghost hunting technology, each group will call out to spirits, asking them to make themselves known by affecting the equipment that records data. After we extend our invitation to the spirits, we wait with anticipation to see what might happen!
