We are looking for a small team of brave adventurers who want to join us for a unique and exciting adventure – a night of entry to some of the UK’s most haunted locations. We will provide you with a uniform to wear, pay for your travel to and from the locations, and offer shopping vouchers and incentives for taking part. Plus, if necessary, we will provide you with accommodation. All while you work with a long established and respected team in an exciting, fun, and energetic environment that’s like a family. With exclusive events and opportunities like private ghost hunts, parties, camping trips, and weekend breaks, this will be a great experience that you’ll never forget. WHAT WE ASK FROM YOU

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person aged 18 or over, who is chatty and confident to join our team at our Ghost Hunting Events. We are all about customer focused events and need somebody with a passion for taking care of the needs of our customers.

The successful candidate will be someone who can consistently provide a minimum of two nights a month (either Friday or Saturday) and must be available for our busiest weekend dates, especially at Halloween. To be successful you must have your own transport, an understanding of ghost hunting events (through experience working with such an event or through attendance), a healthy interest in the paranormal, and be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer service experience. We are looking for someone who is a ‘people person’, is confident in leading and working with others and who is not afraid to work independently when necessary. Being first aid trained within the workplace would be an advantage. Availability must be known at least one month in advance and candidates should have an understanding of working to a structure and to company specifications.

At Haunted Houses Events, we believe that every guest should be able to enjoy our unique and immersive experiences. That is why we are looking for hard-working and reliable individuals who understand the value and importance of providing a fun, exciting, and unforgettable guest experience.

In order to join our company, we are asking that applicants meet certain requirements. Candidates must be able to provide their own means of travel by car to and from a given location and attend two events each month, so commitment is essential. We also request that team who join us are dependable, take the event seriously, and uphold their promises.

We kindly decline many applications from people who plan to take advantage of our organaistion for their own ghost hunting interests instead of looking after our guests, and any who cannot commit to the standards we expect. We warmly welcome people willing to commit their time to providing outstanding service to our customers.

We regret that we cannot take into account anyone who owns, works with or for a third-party ghost hunt event or investigation team after their application has been submitted. In order to be considered by Haunted Houses Events and to move forward, it is essential that applicants are free of any other ties within the industry. Please note that we only accept individual applications.

We regret that we cannot consider applications submitted simultaneously with another interested party, such as a partner, professional partner, friend, or family member. We do not accept applications from two or more individuals who are already acquainted with each other.

Since our founding in 2014, Haunted Houses Events Ltd. has been delivering spine-tingling ghost hunting experiences all over the UK.

What started out as a small venture with just a handful of locations has grown to running over 320 events at over 50 haunted locations per year, in England, Scotland and Wales. All our team members spread across the UK, who provide invaluable help and support, share our passion for spooky events and are an essential part of the company’s success. It’s thanks to the expertise and talents of our team members that our Haunted Houses events have been so popular, enabling us to invest tens of thousands of pounds into delivering even more thrilling and memorable experiences to our guests. Our volunteers’  and friendly approach, combined with their extensive knowledge, has made our company renowned for the quality of its services.
