Overnight Stay Option
After the primary ghost hunting event concludes around 2:30 AM, extend your stay until 11:00 AM: No additional fee required. Decide on the night itself or head home from 2:30 AM.
Activities after 2:30 AM:
- Continue exploring the paranormal.
- Sleep in one of the haunted rooms.
- Enjoy horror movies, including the film “When the Lights Went Out” based on 30 East Drive.
You will not be alone. Your host(s) remain in the house for the full duration.
Nightly Rates: Per Person, Per Night for 2024

- Remember: we strongly emphasize the importance of rest before an event, and being mindful of your travel limitations. Driving while fatigued after an event can be extremely hazardous, and we advise against it at all costs. If your journey involves long distances, we highly recommend ensuring you rest, either at 30 East Drive or at local accommodations.
- This location has limited sleeping facilities. camping gear may be required as floor sleeping is available.
- This location is not suitable for wheelchair users sorry
- Adults only – You must be at least 18 years to attend
- Those aged from 16 may attend when accompanied by a responsible parent or parental guardian
- Not suitable for those in pregnancy
- This is a dark location, all attendees must bring a torch with them
